Description

Design and maintain complex .NET-based GIS web applications and spatial data analysis tools. Own the full development lifecycle from implementation to production support.

Responsibilities

• Build .NET GIS web applications to address systems integration and business requirements.
• Create, consume, and manipulate ArcGIS Server REST services and spatial data.
• Write Python scripts for GIS ETL, data transformations, and database synchronization.
• Develop mobile GIS data collection mechanisms for field operations and browser integration.
• Provide production support and incident management to determine root causes for environment outages.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of application development experience with strong proficiency in .NET and C#.
• Extensive experience with the ESRI ArcGIS suite, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Portal.
• Hands-on experience with ArcSDE, SDK, and Geoprocessing tools.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS such as SQL Server or Oracle, including Oracle Spatial.
• Web development expertise using HTML5 and ESRI JavaScript API 4.X.
• Ability to work with JSON, XML, Web services, and REST APIs.
• Experience using TFS for source control and DevOps for continuous integration.
• Hands-on experience with Linear Referencing Systems.

Preferred Skills

• Python 2.7+ with ArcPy experience.
• Experience implementing mobile GIS tools like FieldMaps and Survey123.
