Description

Develop and maintain ASP.NET applications and SQL Server databases for the Virginia Department of Health.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ASP.NET/MVC and .NET Core applications.
• Design and develop SQL Server databases.
• Implement features using C#, jQuery, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Maintain and evolve existing software components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience with C# and .NET.
• 5+ years experience with SQL Server, including DB design and development.
• 5+ years experience with HTML, jQuery, and JavaScript.
• Experience with ASP.NET/MVC.
• Strong skills in web design and development.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years experience with Gitlab and DevSecOps.
• 2+ years experience with Agile development methodology.
