You will manage and optimize the NetSuite platform to meet business requirements and ensure peak system performance.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize digital data within NetSuite to ensure accuracy and integrity across finance, sales, and inventory departments.
Customize NetSuite ERP, CRM, and eCommerce solutions, including dashboards, forms, fields, records, reports, and workflows.
Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support to internal users while developing training materials and leading onboarding sessions.
Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, manage updates, and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business processes into system configurations and lead integration projects with third-party vendors.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience with NetSuite implementation and ongoing system maintenance.
Strong proficiency in NetSuite Reporting & Analytics, specifically Saved Searches, KPIs, and Dashboards.
Advanced understanding of NetSuite data migration, integrations, and import/export processes.
Deep knowledge of the NetSuite data model and complex data troubleshooting.
Expertise in NetSuite ERP and CRM modules.
Advanced Excel skills for manipulating large datasets.
Ability to translate technical details into understandable concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience in system optimization and process improvement.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with SuiteScript programming and scripting.
Experience working with SuiteTalk (Web Services API) and SuiteAnalytics Connect.
