Description

You will bridge finance and technical teams to configure NetSuite and OneSource for accurate tax processing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to define system enhancements and automation opportunities.
• Configure and validate indirect tax rules, jurisdictions, and rates in OneSource.
• Collaborate on tax determination logic to ensure accurate transaction tax posting in NetSuite.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and resolve tax calculation errors.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP (Finance, Procurement, or Order-to-Cash).
• 2+ years of experience with Thomson Reuters OneSource, with indirect tax focus.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite SuiteTax or SuiteTax API.
• Proven ability to conduct system testing and validate tax configurations.
• Strong understanding of tax compliance processes and ERP integrations.
• Experience with data mapping, system integrations, and process documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear verbal and written communication.
