Description

You lead the delivery of NetSuite customization services and manage client requirements from pre-sales through post-sale implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of NetSuite consultants to deliver customized solutions for clients.
• Perform gap analysis by evaluating As-Is and To-Be business processes.
• Configure NetSuite ERP, including roles, permissions, forms, dashboards, reports, scripts, alerts, and workflows.
• Integrate NetSuite with external applications to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolution between users, technical teams, and vendors.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Proficiency in delivering NetSuite solutions.
• Experience performing Gap Analysis.
• Ability to create functional and technical user documentation.
• Experience managing client portfolios and meeting aggressive timelines.
• Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder communication.
