Description

Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, acting as Scrum Master or Project Manager to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement NetSuite solutions that integrate with external applications based on client requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Manage cross-functional teams to meet project milestones on time and within budget.
• Facilitate communication between technical and functional teams to maintain alignment.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for NetSuite functionality.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience implementing NetSuite solutions with a techno-functional focus.
• Deep understanding of NetSuite capabilities, technical specifications, and architecture.
• Experience with accounting, order management, procurement, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in a hybrid agile environment.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong ability to communicate requirements to both technical teams and client stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as a Scrum Master or Project Manager for large-scale implementations.
