You will manage the NetSuite platform and support corporate migrations across all subsidiaries and departments.
Responsibilities
Lead the migration of subsidiaries and departments to the NetSuite platform while liaising with internal and external support teams.
Translate business needs into technical or functional requirements and perform configuration testing for custom fields, forms, records, workflows, and dashboards.
Develop, test, and deploy system customizations, upgrades, and new releases.
Monitor system performance, daily scripts, and end-user usage to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
3+ years of NetSuite Administration experience.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration and customization of complex components.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
Experience managing NetSuite support case queues and coordinating with Advanced Customer Support (ACS) teams.
Ability to document and implement corporate policies, change protocols, and usage guidelines.
Experience working with external vendors, developers, and Managed Services Providers.
Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
