Description

You will manage the NetSuite platform and support corporate migrations across all subsidiaries and departments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of subsidiaries and departments to the NetSuite platform while liaising with internal and external support teams.
• Translate business needs into technical or functional requirements and perform configuration testing for custom fields, forms, records, workflows, and dashboards.
• Develop, test, and deploy system customizations, upgrades, and new releases.
• Monitor system performance, daily scripts, and end-user usage to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Document and implement corporate policies, change protocols, and usage guidelines.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of NetSuite Administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration and customization of complex components.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Experience managing NetSuite support case queues and coordinating with Advanced Customer Support (ACS) teams.
• Experience working with external vendors, developers, and Managed Services Providers.
• Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the manufacturing industry.
• NetSuite certification.
