Description

You will design, develop, and deploy NetSuite solutions to support evolving business models in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite functionality and enhancements to meet business requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all new features, configurations, and customizations.
• Monitor the system to identify critical issues and proactively design fixes for as-built solutions.
• Lead root cause analysis for system issues and drive prioritization for remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-domain IT teams and third parties to develop multi-functional solutions while ensuring strict adherence to change controls.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of related experience.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
• Experience working within a retail environment.
• Working knowledge of POS, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong ability to analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
