Description

You will support the internal IT team in developing and implementing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, and stakeholders to solicit and analyze business requirements.
• Create functional and technical specification documents.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data validation efforts with key users.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, training guides, and deliver end-user training.
• Manage ERP security, including user security audits, and provide Level 1 and Level 2 system support.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with business process mapping and documentation.
• Experience managing computer-related implementation projects in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with GxP, SOX, and privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or MS Business Central implementations and support.
• Demonstrated track record of successful ERP implementation project management.
