Description

Manage NetSuite administration and lead the implementation and optimization of Adaptive Insights for financial planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, setup, and customization of Adaptive Insights to align with financial structures and reporting requirements.
• Establish and maintain integrations between NetSuite and Adaptive Insights to ensure seamless data synchronization.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using NetSuite native functionality, workflows, and Suitebuilder.
• Reconcile financial data between systems to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Drive, train, and support end users on system processes and new implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ERP engineering or related roles.
• Functional expertise in NetSuite administration and financial processes.
• Strong experience implementing and managing Adaptive Insights for FP&A.
• Proficiency with SuiteScript 1.0 and SuiteScript 2.0.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS3.
• Experience with data management using SQL, XML, and JSON.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for troubleshooting complex system issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Web services including REST and SOAP.
• Familiarity with Coupa and Concur.
