Description

Lead NetSuite ERP implementations and manage the application lifecycle for clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business users to capture requirements and translate them into functional and process designs.
• Execute system configuration, testing, training, and cutover activities.
• Lead implementation teams in coordination with offshore resources.
• Manage end-to-end functional flows including O2C, P2P, and R2R.
• Write functional and process design documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a NetSuite ERP Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Deep functional understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows.
• Proficiency in Record-to-Report (R2R) financial flows.
• Proven ability to lead implementation teams.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing requirement gathering.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
