Description

You will bridge finance operations and technical implementation within the NetSuite ecosystem, owning requirements, process design, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for NetSuite solutions.
• Design and recommend optimized business processes based on system analysis and financial constraints.
• Develop core BA artifacts, including functional specifications, use cases, and data dictionaries.
• Oversee system and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases using standard testing tools.
• Define data requirements, KPIs, and reporting needs for development teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Direct experience working within the NetSuite ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and accounting cycles.
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to handle defect reporting and cross-functional communication with finance teams.

Preferred Skills

• Basic SQL proficiency.
• Experience configuring NetSuite Workflows.
