Description

Lead the design and implementation of NetSuite ERP solutions to enhance business processes and system efficiency. You will own the end-to-end delivery of functional specifications, configuration, and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite design and implementation for Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications through documentation and fit-gap assessments.
• Oversee NetSuite customization and configuration, including Multi Book Accounting modules.
• Manage project lifecycles including testing, validation, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP implementation and management.
• Hands-on expertise in Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash workflows.
• Deep functional knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Financial Statement preparation.
• Proficiency in Management & Statutory Reporting, Intercompany & FA Accounting, and journalizing transactions.
• Strong background in business processes within Food Services and Finance & Accounting domains.
• Proven ability in solution design, configuration, and system integration.
• Experience managing large-scale ERP project timelines and resources.
• B.S. degree with a qualification in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience reconciling simple accounts.
