Description

You will manage the NetSuite ERP platform to support Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality functions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define systems roadmap priorities for Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Manage internal and contractor staff supporting core business system capabilities.
• Align business processes and system capabilities with industry best practices.
• Establish and maintain service level and systems reliability metrics.
• Lead vendor evaluation efforts for business partner data and applications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience supporting ERP systems and platforms.
• Direct, hands-on knowledge of NetSuite.
• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or life science industry.
• Working knowledge of GLP, GDP, and GMP, including Computer Systems Validation.
• Proven experience in ERP Management, including administration, enhancements, and operations.
• 2+ years of experience in implementation and people leadership.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
• Strong business process design and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a lean IT organization managing multiple processes and systems.
• Business or IT consulting experience related to systems transformation.
• Project management experience, certifications, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
