NetSuite Project Manager

Lead end-to-end ERP implementations and optimizations for global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure systems meet business requirements.
• Manage multiple clients simultaneously while delivering solutions within defined timelines.
• Oversee documentation for developed programs, processes, and project artifacts.
• Prepare estimates for complex projects to enable accurate delivery forecasting.
• Ensure team members adhere to established standards and deliver high-quality results.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing SaaS ERP implementations and optimizations.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end NetSuite or Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Proven track record managing global projects across NA, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in managing project repositories and artifacts using JIRA.
• Familiarity with establishing and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multi-site and multi-country deployments.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification or equivalent.
