Description

Manage end-to-end NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets aligned with business requirements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, estimations, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional, technical, QA, and business users for smooth execution.
• Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, UAT, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while maintaining project governance.

Required Skills

• 4–5+ years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Proven experience with ERP and CRM systems, with NetSuite exposure preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and Jira.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to draft Statements of Work (SoW) and manage project documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
