Description

Lead NetSuite configurations, customizations, and system analysis to align technical implementations with business workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with solution architects to evaluate system change impacts on downstream processes and organizational workflows.
• Create system design proposals, including models, specifications, diagrams, and technical implementation charts.
• Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses while researching software and hardware solutions for system recommendations.
• Monitor development progress, document current-state business processes, and perform data analysis to identify gaps.
• Manage project intake, maintain high-level schedules, and oversee quality assurance testing and user training.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in system analysis and NetSuite management.
• Expertise in NetSuite configurations, customizations, and dashboard management.
• Proficiency in NetSuite Saved Searches and customized reporting.
• Experience with data migration and integration using ETL tools and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to manage large datasets.
• Experience in requirements engineering and issue tracking using Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Ability to manage user roles, permissions, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Capability to translate business needs into technical requirements for stakeholders and executives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting formal user training sessions and producing traceability matrices.
