Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Leadership

• Serve as the overall NetSuite Solution Architect and primary solution authority for the project.
• Own the end-to-end NetSuite solution architecture and design.
• Lead discovery, design confirmation, and solution workshops with executive and business stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and NetSuite capabilities.
• Define scalable future-state architecture supporting Oriden's growth strategy.

Project Management

• Initial setup and configuration of NetSuite Projects module
• Project structure design
• Project cost tracking approach
• Future-state Project-to-Cash roadmap

Revenue Management

• Initial setup and enablement of NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management)
• Revenue recognition templates
• Revenue automation strategy
• Future-state revenue recognition roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP implementation experience.
• 8+ years of NetSuite implementation experience.
• 5+ full lifecycle NetSuite implementations as Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in:
  • NetSuite Financials
  • Procure to Pay
  • Order to Cash
  • Fixed Assets
  • Inventory Management
  • Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
  • NetSuite Projects
• Deep understanding of:
  • SuiteScript
  • Saved Searches
  • Workflows
  • Roles & Permissions
  • Financial Reporting
  • CSV Imports
• Experience managing offshore delivery teams.
• Strong client-facing consulting skills.
• Ability to present solutions to executive leadership and CFO-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification
• NetSuite Administrator Certification
• CPA, CMA, or Finance background preferred
• Renewable Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure, or EPC industry experience preferred
• Experience with SAP ECC to NetSuite migrations preferred
