Description

Lead NetSuite ERP implementations and manage the application lifecycle for clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite ERP implementations in coordination with offshore teams.
• Engage with business users to capture requirements and define process designs.
• Write functional designs, manage system configuration, and execute testing.
• Manage user training and cutover activities.
• Own the end-to-end management of the NetSuite ERP application.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a NetSuite Techno-Functional consultant.
• Deep functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) flows.
• Deep functional expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) flows.
• Deep functional expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) flows.
• Proven experience implementing and managing NetSuite ERP.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing requirement gathering.
• Ability to lead technical and functional workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with offshore teams.
