Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable custom web-based applications and software solutions. You own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and database design to deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, and deploy new software tools to extend or replace existing capabilities.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, database design, documentation, and maintenance.
• Analyze existing applications to recommend technologies that improve system performance and usability.
• Interpret specifications to troubleshoot issues and create integrated software solutions.
• Maintain custom-developed software and support COTS/GOTS products as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related experience in software development.
• Proficiency with the .NET framework, Visual Studio, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and frameworks including jQuery, Kendo UI, Bootstrap, Knockout JS, Moment JS, and Microsoft SignalR.
• Experience building custom web-based applications.
• Experience developing scalable applications and performing analytics using large data sets.
• Technical expertise in configuration management and big data technologies.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong ability to interpret specifications and integrate web applications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
