Description

Manage network hardware, security devices, and server infrastructure onsite in Bakersfield, CA.

You will own the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of routers, layer-2 and layer-3 switches, fiber switches, and network appliances. Manage Windows Server environments, including virtual server provisioning and VM performance monitoring. Administer Microsoft Active Directory for user authentication, group policies, and application security. Maintain the corporate VOIP network, infrastructure, and supporting applications. Oversee storage area network (SAN) connectivity, provisioning, and performance troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure routers, switches, and network appliances.
• Manage Windows Server environments and virtual machine performance.
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory for authentication and security.
• Maintain corporate VOIP network infrastructure and applications.
• Oversee SAN connectivity and troubleshoot performance issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration.
• Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory management.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining VOIP networks.
• Proficiency with Windows Server Operating Systems.
• Experience managing Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Lync messaging systems.
• Knowledge of firewall administration and network security devices.
• Ability to manage VPN and internet connectivity.
• Experience with SAN provisioning and maintenance.
