You will manage firewall access and network connectivity for internal users. You will troubleshoot issues and maintain operational documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage firewall access requests for internal users.
• Troubleshoot firewall and connectivity issues.
• Support network operations using Palo Alto and Zscaler.
• Draft and maintain internal SOP documentation.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in a network administration role.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls.
• Experience with Zscaler proxy services.
• Solid fundamental network background.
• Network troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to write and follow SOPs.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Entry-level network certification.
