Description

You will manage network operational support and serve as the final escalation point for network issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the final level of network escalation and support.
• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise-level routing, switching, and wireless networking.
• Support Hub and Spoke Data Centre environments within a large enterprise setup.
• Maintain network segmentation and data flow across campus and data centre areas.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in network operational support.
• Proficiency in Dynamic and Static Routing, ACLs, and Policies.
• Expertise in Switching: STP, VLANs, Trunking, and Encapsulations.
• Deep knowledge of routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, MPLS, ILL, and Direct Connects.
• Experience with Dell, HPE, Cisco, and Cisco Nexus hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in LAN segmentation and SD-WAN.
• Experience managing routers and switches in large enterprise environments.
• Degree in any discipline (Any graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with wireless OEMs such as Aruba, Meru, or Ruckus.
