Description

Manage and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, focusing on SD-WAN, Cisco routing, and wireless systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain Palo Alto firewalls and SD-WAN solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and manage device backups.
• Resolve connectivity issues through packet capturing, firewall log analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with vendors and ISPs to resolve service disruptions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SD-WAN and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Strong expertise in Cisco Routing and Switching (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).
• Proficiency in Cisco Catalyst Center for network management.
• Experience with Cisco Wireless infrastructure, including controllers and AP troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of MPLS, WAN technologies, and DIA providers.
• Hands-on experience with VPN tunneling (IPSEC, GRE) and load balancers (F5, Citrix ADC).
• Ability to troubleshoot using packet analysis and firewall logs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco ISE and ACI for data center operations.
• Familiarity with voice and collaboration tools.
