Manage and support unified collaboration and networking infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain CUCM, IMP, and CUCCE.
• Manage analog and digital gateways, including hardware and software media resources.
• Troubleshoot network protocols including H323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, QSIG, CAS, ISDN, PRI, FXO, FXS, and POTS.
• Resolve issues related to DNS, DHCP, TFTP, NTP, and LDAP.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Network Administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco Collaboration tools.
• Deep understanding of telephony protocols (SIP, H323, MGCP, SCCP).
• Experience managing ISDN, PRI, and analog/digital gateways.
• Practical knowledge of UCS servers and VMware virtualization.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting network services like DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.
• CCNP or CCIE Collaboration certification.

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience in Java or Python.
• Knowledge of Cisco Video Solutions and WebEx.
