Description

You will manage and support the organization’s network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless, and Internet systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Cisco hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Administer Windows Server environments (2012 or later) and Active Directory domains.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including user provisioning, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Monitor network health and performance using PRTG, MRGT, and ManageEngine.
• Configure and support core services such as LDAP, DHCP, DNS, and SMTP.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Network Administration or support roles.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Server environments and Active Directory.
• 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 services.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco and Meraki network equipment.
• 3+ years of experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• 3+ years of experience configuring TCP/IP services including LDAP, DHCP, DNS, and SMTP.
• 3+ years of experience supporting LAN/WAN and wireless access points.
• 3+ years of experience with VoIP systems and document management systems.
• 3+ years of experience using monitoring tools like PRTG, MRGT, or ManageEngine.

Preferred Skills

• Experience documenting and supporting compliance-driven IT environments.
