Description

You will manage local network infrastructure, security protocols, and end-user technical support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Sophos firewalls and LAN connectivity.
• Set up user workstations with Windows 11 and MS Office 2019-21.
• Execute daily and weekly system backups and monitor antivirus server changes via Symantec Endpoint.
• Manage Office 365 user accounts and email forwarding.
• Troubleshoot VOIP phone systems, wireless routers, and remote user connectivity.
• Coordinate with ISPs and IT vendors for procurement and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and handle system migrations.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in network administration.
• Sophos firewall management.
• Wireless router management and LAN administration.
• VOIP installation and troubleshooting.
• Antivirus server management (Symantec Endpoint).
• Windows 11 and MS Office 2019-21 configuration.
• Office 365 administration.
• Any Graduation degree.
