Description

You will manage and maintain network and server infrastructure within the Network Operations Center, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and upgrade networks and servers to ensure connectivity and security.
• Monitor network performance, including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
• Administer third-party applications and implement necessary system updates.
• Resolve technical problems reported by end users and test for network weaknesses.
• Define network policies and research recommendations for system administration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a network administrator role.
• Hands-on experience with networking, routing, and switching.
• Proficiency with firewalls and Internet VPN implementation and troubleshooting.
• Experience setting up and configuring network and server hardware.
• Knowledge of management, control, and monitoring best practices for server and network infrastructures.
• Cisco training or certifications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

• CWNA training.
