Description

You will manage and support the organization’s network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless, and internet systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Cisco networking hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Administer Windows Server environments (2012+) within an Active Directory domain.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including user provisioning, mailboxes, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Monitor network health and performance using PRTG, MRTG, and ManageEngine to minimize downtime.
• Configure core TCP/IP services such as LDAP, DHCP, DNS, and SMTP, and maintain Meraki wireless infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in network administration or support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Meraki network equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft server environments and Active Directory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, LDAP, DHCP, DNS, and SMTP.
• Experience managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs), access control lists, and file/print services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience documenting and supporting compliance-driven IT environments.
• Experience with automation platforms and imaging/document management systems.
