Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and manage LogicMonitor monitoring solutions across enterprise IT environments.
• Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance to ensure operational stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring-related incidents in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify and address infrastructure and performance issues proactively.
• Analyze monitoring data to support capacity planning and system optimization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports for real-time infrastructure monitoring.
• Support integration of LogicMonitor with ITSM and other operational tools.
• Maintain documentation for monitoring configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Participate in disaster recovery and capacity planning activities using monitoring insights.
• Ensure compliance with IT service management standards and organizational policies.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience with LogicMonitor infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Good understanding of infrastructure monitoring, observability, and alert management.
• Experience troubleshooting monitoring and infrastructure-related issues.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and operational support environments.
• Knowledge of dashboard creation, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Understanding of capacity planning and disaster recovery concepts.
• Good documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
