Description

Manage enterprise infrastructure observability and ITSM processes using LogicMonitor to ensure operational stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage LogicMonitor monitoring solutions across enterprise IT environments.
• Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance to ensure operational stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring-related incidents in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports for real-time infrastructure monitoring.
• Support integration of LogicMonitor with ITSM and other operational tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with LogicMonitor infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of observability, alert management, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Experience troubleshooting monitoring and infrastructure-related issues.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and operational support environments.
• Knowledge of dashboard creation, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Understanding of capacity planning and disaster recovery concepts.
