Description

You own enterprise IT network operations, incident resolution, and security compliance as the primary SME. You manage Cisco infrastructure, troubleshoot high-severity issues, and coordinate with OT teams to ensure stable plant connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end troubleshooting and root cause analysis for high-severity network incidents.
• Manage and support Cisco LAN (Catalyst L2/L3), Wireless (WLC/APs), and Firewalls (Firepower/ASA).
• Execute network changes, upgrades, and site deployments with proper risk assessment and rollback planning.
• Maintain network health via Cisco DNA Center and ISE for authentication and policy enforcement.
• Coordinate with OT teams on industrial connectivity, IT/OT segmentation, and change windows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience in Enterprise IT Network Administration.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VXLAN, OSPF, and BGP.
• Proficiency with Cisco Catalyst switches (L2/L3) and Cisco Wireless (WLC, APs).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Firepower or ASA firewalls.
• Experience with Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) for monitoring and assurance.
• Knowledge of Cisco ISE for NAC and authentication policies.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools for ticketing and audit compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of IT/OT segmentation, industrial environments, and OT security concepts.
• Experience with OT network troubleshooting and plant dependencies.
