Description

You will manage and maintain network infrastructure to ensure 24/7/365 availability and security across all facilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Windows Server environments, firewalls, and switches to prevent outages.
• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance and maintain accurate asset inventories.
• Develop, test, and document backup and disaster recovery plans using Datto and AppAssure.
• Install, configure, and integrate new servers and data transfer processes.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure compliance with CJIS security requirements.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in network administration and managing Windows Server (2008–2022).
• Hands-on experience with SonicWALL TZ 300 firewalls.
• Proficiency with HP ProCurve, Netgear, and Trendnet switches.
• Experience managing fiber networks (OSHEAN) and IP telephony (Cox IP Centrex).
• Knowledge of network protocols, VLANs, and firewall configurations.
• Experience with Datto S5-4 and AppAssure backup systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification.
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent.
