Description

You will coordinate daily and weekly assignments to deploy, support, diagnose, and troubleshoot the agency’s enterprise network architecture.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise network and identity initiatives, including SD-WAN deployment and PKI lifecycle management.
• Monitor, identify, and remediate issues across agency enterprise network and identity services.
• Support network connectivity and authentication services on Windows and mobile devices.
• Manage the network and identity infrastructure lifecycle through all stages.
• Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams and design documents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with SD-WAN.
• Experience with PKI.
• Troubleshooting enterprise network issues.
• Managing network and identity infrastructure.
• Supporting secure authentication services.
