Description

You will manage enterprise network and identity infrastructure, covering SD-WAN deployment, PKI lifecycle, and secure authentication services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and remediate issues with enterprise network and identity services via the trouble ticket system.
• Deploy, configure, and support SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication solutions across Windows and mobile devices.
• Perform firmware, software, and security upgrades on network and identity platforms.
• Create and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, coverage, and design specs.
• Coordinate testing and validation of network solutions while adhering to security policies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Enterprise Network Infrastructure and LAN Administration.
• 3+ years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting switches and wireless access points.
• 3+ years of experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services.
• 3+ years of troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile (Apple) devices.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work on ladders for physical site tasks.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility for frequent site visits and occasional extended travel throughout South Carolina.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HIPAA compliance and government agency security standards.
• Proven ability to manage project milestones and provide regular team updates.
