Description

You will manage the maintenance, configuration, and operation of the organization's computer networks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network performance through firmware upgrades, patch management, and proactive monitoring to ensure high availability.
• Investigate and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues using diagnostic tools and team collaboration.
• Document network configurations, diagrams, and standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and knowledge sharing.
• Execute planned network changes, upgrades, and system integrations following established change management processes.
• Design, scope, and deploy new network projects while ensuring compliance with security standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration and support.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, routing, switching, subnetting, VLANs, VPN, and firewall concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions and technologies.
• Proficiency managing Cisco, Meraki, SonicWall, Fortinet, or Sophos firewall and switch devices.
• Experience with network monitoring tools including SolarWinds, Auvik, and LogicMonitor.
• Knowledge of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solutions.
• Familiarity with SentinelOne, Arctic Wolf, ThreatLocker, and Barracuda.
• Practical understanding of network security including ACL, firewall filtering, and VPN.
• Experience working within compliance frameworks such as PCI, CIS, NIST, ISO, SOC 1/2, or FedRAMP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and manual code reviews.
