Description

You will manage network infrastructure, hardware installations, and vendor coordination to ensure site stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute network device installations and hardware modifications for new site commissioning.
• Troubleshoot DNS and packet flow issues using operating system tools.
• Manage incident calls and coordinate directly with vendors for resolution.
• Participate in a rostered on-call rotation for off-business hours and weekends.
• Handle ticketing workflows and adhere to established SLAs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration.
• SME knowledge of network device installations and hardware modifications.
• Hands-on experience with Brocade, Nexus, Cisco, and Wireless switches and routers.
• SME knowledge of F5 load balancer devices.
• Practical understanding of DNS and packet flow troubleshooting.
• Experience with Cloud computing.
• Proficiency using ticketing tools and managing SLAs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within Media, Publishing, or E-learning industries.
