You will manage, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and cloud network connectivity.
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor network connectivity to support WAN high availability across diverse ISP media types including Fiber, DIA, Coax, Cellular, and WiWAN.
Troubleshoot issues relating to switching, routing, firewalls, and corporate, guest, or IoT Wi-Fi.
Maintain telecom infrastructure including hosted VoIP, Cloud Contact Center, and analog solutions.
Perform firmware upgrades and execute line of business changes to network and telecom systems.
Provide tier 2 support for network and telecom issues escalated from the helpdesk and participate in an on-call rotation.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in network administration.
Strong experience with TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
