Description

Manage and troubleshoot Infoblox DDI services, resolving DNS, DHCP, and IPAM issues in a 24x7 production environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for datacenter network infrastructure incidents, problems, and changes.
• Apply TCP/IP and routing protocol expertise (BGP, OSPF) to diagnose connectivity and routing issues.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to reduce incident recurrence.
• Ensure ITIL process adherence for incident, problem, change, and release management while maintaining SLA compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and support PLM activities.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in network operations and Infoblox DDI administration.
• Deep expertise in DNS, DHCP, and IPAM operational troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Experience with IAM, vendor management, and SLA management.
• Proficiency in ITIL frameworks for incident, problem, and change management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of VLAN and VXLAN for network segmentation and troubleshooting.
• Experience participating in major incident management (MIM) calls.
