Description

You will manage and maintain the full lifecycle of network infrastructure, server environments, and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, layer-2/layer-3 switches, fiber switches, and network appliances.
• Implement internet security using firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and content filtering software.
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory, including user authentication, group policies, and email distribution lists.
• Administer Windows Server environments, virtual server (VM) provisioning, and storage area networks (SAN).
• Oversee corporate messaging systems, VOIP infrastructure, and disk-to-disk data backup solutions.
• Monitor network and system logs for performance, security, and troubleshooting across all hardware and software.
• Resolve escalated Help Desk incidents, change management requests, and problem tickets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network and systems administration.
• Proficiency in Cisco and Juniper platforms including architecture, design, installation, and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server operating systems and patch management.
• Experience managing Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Lync, and Active Directory.
• Technical knowledge of WAN/LAN connectivity, traffic analysis, and firewall log review.
• Competency in managing virtual environments (VM) and SAN connectivity.
• Ability to manage VOIP infrastructure and network hardware.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and data backup management.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP certification.
• JNCIS-ENT certification.
