You will own the network infrastructure monitoring, maintenance, and documentation for the Indianapolis office.
Responsibilities
Produce and maintain accurate physical, logical, and VLAN diagrams covering switches, routers, access points, firewalls, and VPNs.
Document data flows and transfer processes to ensure clear infrastructure visibility.
Maintain a complete hardware and software inventory, tracking versions and end-of-life dates.
Create and enforce monitoring and administration procedures for Cisco IMC, Firepower IPS/IDS, Meraki, Pondurance MDR, switches, VMware, and VPN systems.
Deliver bi-weekly status reports on deliverable progress and technical issues.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance.
Proven ability to create detailed network, VLAN, and data flow diagrams.
Hands-on experience with Cisco hardware and infrastructure.
Proficiency with Meraki and enterprise switches.
Experience with server administration.
Ability to work independently on complex technical deliverables.
Ability to provide training to IT and Security staff on network hardware and software monitoring.
