Description

You will own the network infrastructure monitoring, maintenance, and documentation for the Indianapolis office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain accurate physical, logical, and VLAN diagrams for switches, routers, access points, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Document data flows and transfer processes to ensure clear infrastructure visibility.
• Maintain a complete hardware and software inventory, tracking versions and end-of-life dates.
• Create and enforce monitoring and administration procedures for Cisco IMC, Firepower IPS/IDS, Meraki, Pondurance MDR, switches, VMware, and VPN systems.
• Deliver bi-weekly status reports on deliverable progress and technical issues.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance.
• Proven ability to create detailed network, VLAN, and data flow diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco hardware and infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Meraki and enterprise switches.
• Experience with server administration.
• Ability to work independently on complex technical deliverables.
• Ability to provide training to IT and Security staff on network hardware and software monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco certification.
