Description

Lead the network architecture and administration for enterprise infrastructure. Own the design, implementation, and optimization of complex network environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-platform LogicMonitor administration, including API integrations, custom modules, and system tuning.
• Design and maintain enterprise network segmentation, VLANs, subnets, QoS policies, multicast routing, and traffic shaping.
• Lead team initiatives and project delivery with a focus on incident, change, and problem management per ITIL standards.
• Implement and enforce network security principles, including firewall management, VPNs, and zero trust models.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting using packet analysis tools like Wireshark and monitor systems via SNMP, WMI, NetFlow, and Syslog.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of enterprise-level experience in network administration and architecture.
• 4+ years in a team lead or senior role with people and project leadership responsibility.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with enterprise networking hardware and protocols.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and integrations.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native networking (VPC design, transit gateways, peering, security groups) in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong background in network security, including firewall management and VPN technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related technical field.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or LogicMonitor Certified Professional (LMCP).
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Ansible, Terraform, SaltStack) and SD-WAN/NAC frameworks.
