Description

You will manage and troubleshoot telecommunications network infrastructure in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Layer 1 and telecommunications network connectivity issues.
• Perform remote maintenance and repair of Cisco network equipment.
• Manage network operations within a telecommunications call center environment.
• Utilize network management systems and tools to monitor performance.

Required Skills

• 2 years of telecommunications network troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Layer 1 troubleshooting.
• Experience with physical layer and routed technologies.
• Proficiency with Network Management systems and tools.
• Experience with remote maintenance of Cisco equipment.
• CCNA Certification or ability to obtain it within 3 months of start date.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in telecommunications call center environments.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent with 6 years of prior related experience.
