Description

You will engineer, design, and troubleshoot enterprise-scale Data Centre networks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and design enterprise Data Centre networks.
• Author design documents, engineering standards, and technical architecture models.
• Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Participate in weekly design meetings and develop execution/test plans with project managers.
• Serve as escalation point for operating teams during network outages.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in network design engineering.
• CCIE or equivalent certification.
• Expertise in Ethernet technologies: SPT, 802.1Q, VPC, Multi-layer Switching; Leaf-Spine IP Fabric.
• Proficiency in IP Routing protocols: RIP, OSPF, BGP, MP-BGP, TCP/IP.
• Experience with Multi-cast routing: PIM, IGMP, MSDP.
• Knowledge of VxLAN.
• Platform knowledge on Cisco Switching & Routing Platforms (Nexus 9000, ASR 1000x, ASR 9000).
• Platform Knowledge on Arista Switching platforms.
• Working knowledge of Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, NXOS, IOS-XR, and Arista EOS.
