Description

You will manage and optimize the organization's voice and collaboration infrastructure. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Cisco UC solutions including CUCM, Unity, IMP, and UCCX.
• Troubleshoot complex voice, video, and collaboration issues to maintain service continuity.
• Manage call routing, dial plans, SIP trunks, and voice gateways (CUBE).
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations while maintaining detailed documentation.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the voice infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration.
• Expertise with Cisco UC solutions: CUCM, Unity, IMP, and UCCX.
• Proficiency in managing CUBE and Voice Gateways.
• Strong knowledge of call routing, dial plans, and SIP trunks.
• Experience troubleshooting complex voice and video systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams during incidents and deployments.
