You will manage network infrastructure and security operations in a production environment. This is a shift-based role requiring daily oversight of domain-specific tasks and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily network infrastructure operations and security protocols.
• Handle critical and complex infrastructure incidents in a production setting.
• Propose technical improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams across different cultures and time zones.
• Work in a shift-based rotation to ensure continuous coverage.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a production network operations area.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies.
• Proficiency in Palo Alto firewalls and security management.
• Experience with Forcepoint security solutions.
• Knowledge of Infoblox DNS/DHCP management.
• Fluent English communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to different operational environments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA certification.
• Palo Alto security certifications.
