Description

You will own the organization’s end-to-end network infrastructure across PAN India, including security systems and end-user devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the complete network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and security systems.
• Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and remote access solutions to ensure high security and connectivity.
• Monitor network performance metrics such as availability, latency, and throughput to ensure optimal uptime.
• Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business strategy and infrastructure requirements.
• Handle vendor management and oversee integration of network platforms with applications and communication systems.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Network Administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco and FortiGate hardware.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Experience in Banking, NBFC, or Fintech sectors is mandatory.
• Ability to design robust network systems supporting finance and accounting operations.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting connectivity issues and managing remote access.
• Experience leading or managing infrastructure teams is preferred.
