Description

You will manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across wide area and local networks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, routers, and switches.
• Troubleshoot network issues using standard diagnostic tools like ping and trace route.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot packages on Linux and Microsoft OS environments.
• Supervise and handle teams of network engineers and manage user interactions.
• Facilitate customer onboarding and provide technical training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with networking certification.
• Sound knowledge of internet protocols: SSH, FTP, SFTP, HTTP, POP, SMTP, IMAP, SNMP.
• Strong experience in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Proficiency in Linux OS and Windows Server Administration.
• Experience in NOC support and team supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
